- Organize, direct and inspect the accounting and financial work of the Corporation and its member units.
- Review and synthesize business reports, shareholder reports, tax reports, and financial reports at member units.
- Check and control raw material norms at units, room rates are implemented according to policy.
- Analyze reporting data of units and evaluate business efficiency.
- Manage the accounting system, accounting books, invoices - documents at the Corporation Office.
- Make payment plans, prepare payment documents.
- Periodically review debt payment plans for suppliers at units.
- Check salary, adjust salary, make tax salary to ensure internal salary payment progress of the General Office according to regulations.
- Advise the Board of Directors on risk management strategies and protect corporate assets.
- Summary of price policies from suppliers. Manage purchases (non-regular), submit proposals from units, and submit for approval to the General Director.
- Solve financial and cash flow problems in the FVG Travel system. Make recommendations to prevent business risks for the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate and guide operations and policy processes for Chief Accountants at units and accountants at the Corporation.
- Prepare business reports and management reports as requested by the Board of General Directors.
- Report and perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
- From 32 years old or older.
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Accounting and Finance.
- Priority to have chief accountant certificate.
- Priority is given to candidates with 2 years of experience in a similar position in the tourism field.
- Understand and understand tax laws, and accounting management system operating procedures.
- Information technology skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, PMS.
- High thinking ability, effective team management ability.
- Have a sense of responsibility, and can withstand work pressure.
- Honest, neat, careful, hard-working, eager to learn.
