- In charge of business management at Dong Giang Heaven Gate Ecotourism Area.
- Develop a business plan; KDL's product development strategies.
- Build and develop a continuous customer system, identify potential markets.
- Implement annual business planning, implementation strategy options, and business policies.
- Responsible for profits, commitment to annual capacity achieved, building the Company's development and growth orientation;
- Promote the implementation of revenue and profits according to the set plan.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to plan sales and detailed business plans.
- Offer marketing plans to promote services, product packages, and promotion packages.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to manage information on communication networks and sales channels.
- Build and develop good relationships with old customers, especially strategic customers of KDL.
- Search for new potential customers.
- Negotiate and convince partners and customers to use the service, draft contracts...
- Consulting, support, customer care for partners and customers.
- Monitor service quality, contact to resolve problems that arise during contract implementation.
- Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in pressing debts, and only complete responsibilities when the contract expires.
- Manage the team of sales staff in charge of Dong Giang Heaven Gate Ecotourism Resort unit.
- Regular weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Willing to do other additional tasks according to the nature of the job when requested by superiors.
- Graduated from college/university (Preference will be given to candidates with majors in Tourism or Hotel, Business Administration).
- Good management and work arrangement skills, creating good relationships.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in the field of hotels and tourist areas..
- Number of years of experience in equivalent position: 2 years or more
- Good looking, honest, agile, able to work independently.
- Fully enjoy social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to regulations.
- Salary negotiable according to ability and experience, discussed specifically during interview.
