- Manage the marketing team from human resource management, work assignment, monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Build and develop marketing strategies and campaigns to market products and services through channels: social networks, web, media, advertising...
- Create strategies, plan company branding, and product development strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate the market, consumer behavior, research new products, new designs for product development or risk warnings.
- Responsible for coming up with ideas, building plans, PR content, Page, Website, Youtube...
- Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Tiktok and other suitable platforms.
- Come up with ideas for organizing events and media to promote services at the unit.
- Prepare and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets and allocate costs effectively.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, compare with goals, adjust as needed.
- Market analysis, consumer behavior.
- Experience in a position equivalent to at least 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in planning, creating and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and channels to attract potential customers.
- Knowledge and skills in web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Creative, write good video content and scripts, know how to design images, edit videos.
- Update the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
- Proficient in performance measurement tools.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fully enjoy social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to regulations.
